In-Tact Teams
Our In-Tact Teams programs are custom-designed experiences that strengthen both team performance and relational effectiveness. We work with leadership teams to surface unspoken dynamics, clarify decision-making structures, and build the capacity for candid, productive dialogue.
Each engagement begins with discovery conversations to understand the team’s context, goals, and points of friction. From there, we design facilitated sessions that may include structured feedback exchanges, real-time interpersonal process work, and alignment exercises focused on accountability and shared purpose.
Unlike traditional team-building workshops, In-Tact Teams focuses on the here-and-now dynamics shaping how the group operates. Teams develop a shared language for tension, clearer role boundaries, and greater psychological safety—enabling faster decision-making and stronger execution.

Experiential Training Groups
It’s what we’re known for!
The T-Group experience, as taught in Interpersonal Dynamics courses at Chicago Booth, Stanford GSB, and Yale, is an immersive process designed to deepen self-awareness and interpersonal effectiveness. T-Group experiences typically run 2-4 days. Our DeepNorth intensive is a 3-day immersive experience held Friday morning through Sunday afternoon. During that weekend, approximately 12 participants engage in a facilitator-led group, examining how they relate to others and how their impact is perceived—in real-time.
At the outset, participants identify personal goals that guide the group’s exploration of unstructured interaction. Throughout the experience, they receive direct feedback, share candid reactions, and experiment with new ways of engaging. The result is a greater awareness of blind spots, clearer insight into interpersonal patterns, and a more intentional understanding of leadership impact.
Participants strengthen emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability—capacities essential for effective leadership. These insights translate into clearer communication, stronger relationships, and more grounded leadership presence in both professional and personal contexts.
