Group Intensive Experiences

Our Experiential Training Groups (T-Groups) are immersive, facilitator-led experiences designed to improve self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal effectiveness. Depending on the desired level of immersion, 10-14 participants will spend 2, 3 or 4 days in residence together engaged in unstructured, real-time interactions to gain insights into their relational style and their impact on others. In this learning-by-doing model, participants will learn and practice the principles of the Interpersonal Dynamics model taught at Chicago Booth and Stanford GSB which emphasizes, among other skills, the art of giving and receiving effective, authentic feedback. Engaging in this intensive process develops greater resilience, empathic understanding and adaptability - qualities essential for effective leadership in a global market. The t-group intensives are ideal for professionals looking to push beyond traditional coaching and experience deep, lasting transformation.

All packages include accommodations, meals and snacks. Retreat locations are chosen based on a balance of travel convenience, comfort of meeting facilities, available leisure/self-care activities, and access to nature.

Two Days Starting at $1,900

Leaders Insight Lab

This introductory t-group experience is geared toward those looking for a high-impact introduction to Interpersonal Dynamics. Using a structured model focused on real-time feedback and group learning, participants will walk away with deeper self awareness and breakthrough communication skills.

Includes:

  • 2 full days of facilitated group coaching (Friday morning to Saturday evening)

  • Pre-retreat self-assessment & goal setting

  • Post retreat executive summary and recommendations

Three Days Starting at $3,200

The Influence Intensive

Our three-day module is for leaders ready to address blind-spots and challenge behavior patterns. The additional day allows participants more time for real-time experimentation, opportunities for feedback and understanding their level of influence in a group. Participants will walk away with a clearer understanding of their true leadership potential.

Includes:

  • 2.5 days of facilitated group coaching (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon)

  • Pre-retreat self-assessment & goal setting

  • Additional concepts of the ID model

  • Additional high-impact data generating exercises

  • Post-retreat executive summary and recommendations

  • One post-retreat private coaching session for integration

Four Days $5000

Masters Retreat

The four-day intensive is geared toward helping leaders refine their high-level executive presence and navigate the complexity of deeper relationships. The longer immersive experience helps illuminate more ingrained patterns of relating and allows for additional real-time opportunities to practice more effective interpersonal strategies.
